Partially the reason why I am so fresh to comics is because I have primarily been on the gaming hemisphere of things. And one of the first fandoms I've really immersed myself in was Sonic the Hedgehog. This is far back enough where, I was co-existing with fans that were immersed in what I think may have been the height of this comic run's intrigue. In a way I've been distantly familiar, but I've decided I'll take the dive and read the comics for sure. Starting with the early Archie comics - while I dig into some of Sonic's earliest media.
